Rejuve Counseling Rates

Initial Assessments:

Individual Intake: $170

Couples Intake (waitlist): $255

Sessions:

Individual Therapy: $150

Couples Therapy: $220

We accept cash, check, or credit card. Fees are collected at the beginning of each session. Super Bills may be requested.

Understanding Your Insurance Coverage

Before beginning therapy, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits. Consider asking these important questions:

  • Do I have mental health coverage?

  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year are covered?

  • What is the reimbursement or coverage amount per session?

  • Do I need a referral or approval from my primary care physician?

  • What is my co-pay or co-insurance responsibility?

  • Is my therapist considered in-network or out-of-network?

  • Is pre-authorization required for services?

If we are not in-network with your insurance, don’t worry — many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. We’re happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for sessions?
Before your first appointment, we’ll ask to keep a credit card on file for your convenience. Session fees are processed prior to your appointment. We accept all major payment methods — including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks.

Is there a charge for missed appointments?
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Our 24-hour cancellation policy means that late cancellations, missed sessions, or same-day bookings that are canceled will be charged the full session fee.
