Discover a New Approach to Your Well-Being

Your Partner in Healing and Personal Transformation

Can therapy help me?

Absolutely. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. A skilled therapist can support you in identifying patterns that may be holding you back and guide you toward meaningful change and greater emotional well-being.

What will people think of me if I go to therapy?

Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous and empowering decision — and one that’s entirely your own. At Rejuve Counseling, your privacy is always protected. Unless there’s a safety concern involving you or others, what you share and who you tell is completely up to you.

It’s natural to worry about how others might perceive therapy, but part of the healing process is learning to let go of those external expectations. Imagine the freedom of prioritizing your well-being over what anyone else might think — that’s where true growth begins.

What services do you offer?

Rejuve Counseling provides a wide range of therapy services to support your mental and emotional health, including:

  • Couples & Family Counseling

  • Trauma & PTSD Treatment

  • Anxiety & Depression Therapy

Our experienced therapists use evidence-based approaches to create personalized treatment plans that meet your unique needs.

Where are you located?

We proudly serve clients across Orange County and throughout California. In-person sessions are available at our offices in Rancho Santa Margarita and Laguna Niguel, and we also provide secure, confidential telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in the state.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. Rejuve Counseling offers private, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for clients who prefer the comfort and convenience of online therapy. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go, you can still receive the same high-quality care from our trusted team of therapists.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Getting started is simple. You can schedule a session by calling our office, emailing our team, or submitting a request through our website. We’ll help you find a therapist and appointment time that best fits your needs and schedule.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. We understand that life can be busy, so Rejuve Counseling offers flexible scheduling options, including morning, evening, and limited weekend sessions. Availability may vary depending on your therapist, and our team will do their best to accommodate your preferred time.

What happens during the first session?

Your first session is all about you. It’s a time for your therapist to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, you’ll begin developing a personalized plan tailored to your goals, pace, and comfort level.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your time and the time reserved for each session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Rejuve Counseling accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, MHN, Optum/United Healthcare, and Tricare.

Coverage and benefits can vary, so we encourage you to contact our office to verify your specific plan and confirm eligibility before your first session. Our team is happy to help you understand your options.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments. Payment is due at the time of your session unless services are covered by insurance.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover therapy?

If your plan does not include mental health benefits or if we are out-of-network, we offer private self-pay options. In some cases, we may be able to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We also understand that financial circumstances vary, and we’re happy to discuss sliding-scale rates or payment accommodations when available.

How long does a therapy session last?

Most therapy sessions at Rejuve Counseling last approximately 50 minutes. However, some specialized or extended sessions may be available upon request, depending on your needs and your therapist’s recommendation.

How many sessions will I need?

Every client’s journey is unique. The number of sessions depends on your personal goals, the issues being addressed, and the pace that feels right for you. Some individuals benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific challenges, while others find value in ongoing support for continued growth and healing.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All therapy sessions are strictly confidential and protected by law. The only exceptions occur in rare situations involving potential harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or when disclosure is required by a court order. Your therapist will review confidentiality policies in detail during your first session.

Do you prescribe medication?

Our therapists do not prescribe medication. If it’s determined that medication may be helpful, we can connect you with a trusted psychiatrist or medical provider for evaluation and ongoing medication management as part of your comprehensive care plan.

Do you provide therapy for children and teens?

Yes. Rejuve Counseling offers therapy for children, teens, and families. Our therapists create a safe, supportive environment where young clients can express themselves and develop healthy coping skills. We use evidence-based approaches such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused interventions to help children and teens navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.

Do you offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy?

Absolutely. Rejuve Counseling is proud to offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Our therapists provide a safe, inclusive space for individuals exploring identity, relationships, and personal well-being. We honor each client’s unique experience and are committed to supporting authenticity, acceptance, and self-discovery.

Can therapy help with stress, anxiety, or trauma?

Yes. Therapy can be a powerful tool for managing stress, anxiety, and the lasting impact of trauma. Our clinicians use proven, evidence-based methods — including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) — to help you process difficult experiences, build resilience, and find relief.
