LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) - PART-TIME/FULL-TIME
Earn up to $70 per session! Rejuve Counseling is hiring Licensed Clinicians for fully remote and hybrid (remote + in-person) opportunities. Our offices are located in Rancho Santa Margarita and Laguna Niguel, and we’re currently seeing an increase in clients requesting in-person therapy.
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians to see a minimum of 15 clients per week, providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Compensation & Incentives
- Clinical Rate:
- $45 per completed session (<20 sessions per pay period)
- $50 per completed session (20+ sessions per pay period)
- Optional Incentive:
- $10 per completed CPT 90791, 90837, or 99404 session when completing 20–39 sessions per pay period
- $20 per completed CPT 90791, 90837, or 99404 session when completing 40–59 sessions per pay period
- All admin hours paid at $20/hour
- Paid for all hours worked, including cancellations and no-shows

Requirements for Clinicians
- Minimum of 15 clients per pay period
- Active, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD license through the Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Ability to pass criminal background and reference checks
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records including session notes and treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinicians and administrative staff
Expectations & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with DSM-V diagnostic techniques
- Strong client retention and references
- Maintain current license/registration in CA
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards
Eligibility for Clinical Rate & Incentives
- All session notes must be completed and signed by the end of the scheduled shift
- Incomplete notes result in admin-rate pay
- Sessions must meet the required CPT codes (90791, 90837, 99404) to qualify for incentives

PRE-LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) - PART-TIME/FULL-TIME
Rejuve Counseling is seeking dedicated, reliable Associates for part-time or full-time positions to provide high-quality mental health care. Associates will see a minimum of 20 clients per week and participate in two units of supervision.
This is primarily an in-person role, with a hybrid option available. Candidates must be local and able to physically report to one of our offices in Rancho Santa Margarita or Laguna Niguel, CA.

Compensation
Associates with less than 1,000 hours toward licensure:
$26 per completed session
Admin hours: $16.50 per hour
Associates with 1,000+ hours toward licensure:
$30 per completed session (<40 sessions per pay period)
$38 per completed session (40–49 sessions per pay period)
$45 per completed session (50+ sessions per pay period)
Admin hours: $16.50 per hour
A pay period is two weeks.
Requirements
Active registration number in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
Minimum of 1,200 hours accrued under current registration
Currently on first Associate registration number
Training and/or coursework in family therapy and child therapy; direct experience may be considered
Additional couples therapy training (Gottman, EFT, etc.) required for Associates interested in seeing couples
Expectations & Qualifications
Competency in formulating treatment plans, diagnosing, and writing detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com
Proficient time management skills and understanding/implementation of professional boundaries
Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions
Familiarity with DSM-V diagnostic techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent references and client retention
Maintain current BBS registration and adhere to ethical standards in the field
